All I can say is ouch. I am pretty sure my legs are going to be pretty sore tomorrow. This work out is definitely a switch from the P90X Legs and Back work out. These Giant sets are killers and you definitely feel them. Yesterday was Body Beast Day 1 Build: Chest and Tris and I am not too terribly sore but I do feel it some in my chest. I made some notes on the Body Beast worksheets so I know where to up the weight next week. (Always be sure to write down what you are doing so you know where you need to make changes the following week).
One of the things I liked about this work out was Sagi got straight down to business and Body Beast Build: Legs is only about 38 minutes long. No messing around, just straight lifting one set after the other. Expect more single sets, super sets, and giant sets with this legs workout as well.

Body Beast is definitely different then what I am used to but they say variety is the spice of life. I really enjoy mixing things up and I will stick with the 90 days. As you know I am a big fan of mixing up your workouts. Keeping it fresh keeps it fun but you will also learn a lot from the awesome Beachbody trainers. There are ways to incorporate a lot of the Beachbody workouts into your regiment to form a hybrid workout that will you keep you going for a lifetime.Over the last 3 years I have done several rounds of P90X, P90X2, Insanity and Asylum and I must say I love them all in their own special way but I really love mixing and matching them together. It never gets old.
Once again I used all 4 Body Beast supplement which were Super Suma, Fuel Shot, Base Shake and Creatine which you can get with your Body Beast workout program if you choose.
Excellent Review…this workout kills me!!
