Well this is the start of the second phase and I am excited about what is to come. I have already put on about 9 lbs and this is the most I have ever weighed. Body Beast Bulk: Chest was another great workout and it pretty much isolated the chest for about 30 minutes. I was surprised at how short this workout was (only 30 minutes) as I am used to doing 50-60 minutes workouts. Don’t let the short time fool you. It was tough and you will feel it in your chest. It this 2nd phase it looks like the muscle groups will be even more isolated than in the first phase. This phase lasts 6 weeks and then there is 3 weeks of the Beast phase which is a cutting phase. These moves and combinations of moves are really challenging. Body Beast is where old school meets new school.

  • Warm Up

Super Set

  • Incline Fly 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
  • Incline Press 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps

Force Set

  • Chest Press with Rotation 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps

Progressive Set

  • Incline Press 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps

Combo Set

  • Close-Grip Press to Fly 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps

Multi Set

  • Decline Push-Ups 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
  • Cobra to Airplane 18 reps
  • Russian Twist 30 Seconds

Awesome workout today. Quick and straight to the point.  Your chest will be burning after this one. I am still getting all of my calories and I am getting used to all of this eating.  I am still drinking my Shakeology daily and taking all 4 of the Body Beast Supplements which are the Fuel Shot, Base Shake, Super Suma and Creatine. Be sure to have your Body Beast worksheets handy since keeping track of what you lift is important so you know where to increase or decrease next time.
