OK, let me start by saying this…. my chest is only a little sore from Body Beast Bulk Chest but OUCH!!! My hamstrings are OK, my quads are OK but my a$$ is going to feel this workout tomorrow. (Excuse my French) Bulk Legs was only 41 minutes long but it is definitely a challenging 41 minutes. Lunges and squats and more lunges. Phewww.. One thing is for sure, even though I have done P90X Legs and Back, I am going to feel this Body Beast Bulk Legs workout. Variety is the spice of life and I think this hold true with your fitness as well. Mixing it up will help you reach new highs and get over humps.
I’m getting close to day 30 and I already know that I have put on some weight and gained some inches but I will take all of my measurements and pics again so I can see exactly where I stand. My weight is at an all time high for me so I know this program is working. At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to do Body Beast workout because I wasn’t crazy about the name but I am glad I took the plunge.

- Warm Up
Single Set
- Front to Back Lunge 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps
Progressive Set
- Squat 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps
Force Set
- Full to 1/2 Sumo Squat 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps
Progressive Set
- Split Squat 15 reps 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps
Super Set
- Stiff Leg Deadlift 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps
- Alt. Side Squat 10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps
Super Set
- Calf Raise 50 reps, 50 reps
- Beast Abs 30 seconds, 30 seconds
Once again I can say that I am totally impressed with Body Beast this far into the program and I am not even half way done yet. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when I have to cut back down on the calories in the third phase but I guess I won’t worry about that right now as I have 6 weeks to go in this phase. Still eating a ton of food and taking the Body Beast supplements. See ya tomorrow.
