Holy glutes from Body Beast Bulk Legs yesterday. WOW!! They are pretty sore after that workout. Hamstrings and quads are still not sore so I guess that is good but my glutes are on fire. On tap for today was Body Beast Bulk Back. I am pretty sure that this workout at about 29 minutes is the shortest workout in the Body Beast program. Once again, don’t be fooled bu the time as you will feel this workout when you are done. The Build phase prepared me pretty good for this workout so it wasn’t to difficult but you will work.

Super Set

- Pull-Ups 10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps
Progressive Set
- Reverse Grip Row 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps
Force Set
- One-Arm Row 5 reps, 5 reps,5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps left and right arm
Single Set
- Deadlift 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps
Super Set
- Reverse Fly 15 reps, 12 reps
- Plank Rotation 30 seconds, 30 seconds
Well tomorrow is Body Beast Bulk Arms and I have this feeling I am going to be in for a real treat. 🙂 Left shoulder might be a little tender tomorrow but we shall see. Never did that many rows before and I feel it a little bit. I am still on track with my eating but I fell a little short on 2 days this past week with calories. I fell bout 300 calories short on each day so I will either have to mix in a Beast shake on days like that or make sure I have some more snacks ready to go.
