Body Beast Week 2

Body Beast Week 2Body Beast week 2

Breaking news: You can now “try” Body Beast FREE for 30 days with our Beachbody On Demand. You will also have access to other workouts like P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Brazil Butt Lift, T25, 21 Day Fix Extreme, P90X One on One’s and many others. (great value)

What I am going to do is summarize week 2 with Body Beast since each post would be pretty similar to what I have already written.  So my last post was about Day 5 Beast: Cardio and day 6 was a rest day and day 7 started the cycle all over again with Body Beast Build Chest and Tri’s.

So let’s summarize week 2 of Body Beast.  I did Body Beast Build: Legs twice, Body Beast Build: Back and Bi’s twice, Body Beast Build: Shoulders and Beast Abs and of course Body Beast Build Chest and Tri’s.  There was also one rest day this week and I did not have to do Beast Cardio. Looks like this workout only makes another appearance next week and then does not appear again to Block 3 or the final 3 weeks of the program.

Something I have noticed with week two is it is important to make sure you have your Body Beast workout sheets so you can keep track week to week.  There were a lot of exercises where I needed to “up” the weight and being able to see exactly what I did last week really helped so I can keep improving. I also realized that I needed to buy some more weight so I was pretty lucky and found what I needed on craigslist.com just like I did back in 2009 the first time I did P90X.

I really must say I am feeling these workouts. I was in pretty good shape before starting Body Beast and I really didn’t think I was going to be as sore as I was.  Guess I was wrong. I will keep pushing myself and following the plan and we will see what kind of results will come.

I think I am finally getting the hang of this eating almost 3000 calories a day thing but I must say I feel like I am constantly eating. Well, like I said, I am going to stick with the plan as closely as possible and that also includes taking my Body Beast supplements every day which consist of Super Suma, Base Shake, Fuel Shot and Creatine. I am also still drinking my Shakeology daily as that is pure nutrition and will always be part of my day. If you are wondering “what is Shakeology” just read the post to find out.  To sum it up it is your healthiest meal of the day.
