I am going to continue summarize my Body Beast workouts for each phase.  So I will give a description of the Body Beast Week 3workout the first time I do it but then I will keep it to once a week until the next phase as the work outs are pretty much repeat after the first week. Body Beast week 3 consists of Body Beast Build: Legs, Body Beast Build: Shoulders, Beast Abs, Body Beast Build: Chest and Tri’s, Body Beast Build: Back and Bi’s, Shoulders and Abs and then Beast Cardio and Beast Abs one last time before started the bulk phase. The one thing I did notice is that there is no Beast Cardio during the bulk phase. I might want to add in some running but I am not sure if I will yet as I want to stick as close to the program as possible.

Body Beast weight gain.

All I can say is wow!!  I have never weighed this much in my life,  I started at about 165 and I and up to about 174 now. The most I have ever weighed in my life was 172. I guess this answers my question about gaining weight on the Body Beast program. I can’t believe I’m up 9 lbs. I have been eating a lot and taking all of the Body Beast supplements Base Shake, Super Suma, Creatine and the Fuel Shot. I kind of got the feeling that these supplements are really helping.  First time I have ever taken creatine or Suma . I will post some pics and measurements around day 30, 60 and 90. I am curious to see what those pics will look like as I was already in great shape from my hybrid of P90X, P90X2, Insanity and Asylum.

I am really impressed with Body Beast thus far and am curious to see what this next 6 week phase will bring. I finally have the eating 3000 calories thing pretty much down but I still feel like I am always eating. That’s ok though as this places me outside of my comfort zone and that is what you need to do to see change.
