Can I do P90X? This is a question I often get from people looking to order P90X. P90X is an extreme work out program and it will most likely push you to your limits at first. There are some basic guidelines you can follow and the best one is to start with is the P90X fit test. When you down load this PDF you will be able to see if you meet the minimum requirements to do P90X. This test is not an answer to all but it is a good place to start. Some people who have done P90X failed the P90X fit test miserably and some people passed it with flying colors and still found P90X extremely difficult. The bottom line is P90X is a hard work out program. You need to be mentally prepared to tackle some difficult work outs. No matter where you are starting from Tony Horton always says do what you can and do your best. You will build from there.

Remember one thing. P90X is set up for 90 days but it is a program you can do for life. If you take it easy during your first round or do the lean version you can always do another round after that where you up your intensity. Your health and fitness is a work in progress and something that you should build upon and improve for you whole life. P90X will get you started and help take you there.
