DecideToStayFit.com is growing everyday and now you can find our Decide To Stay Fit fan page on facebook. You might be thinking, why do I need to go here. Well to answer your question, there will be some different content on the fan page. It is going to be an ever changing work in progress but it will help us connect with you in a whole new way.
Here is what I will be doing with the fan page. Once we get it looking the way we want we will be offering free contests, updates of special deals, added accountability for all of us that Decide To Stay Fit, challenges, motivation, tips and much more. Whether you are doing P90X, Insanity, Body Beast, any Beachbody work out or just walking, we want to provide a place that can be interactive for you and all of out fans. We want to see your before and after pictures. We want to see your transformation videos. We want to hear your story. We want to know what inspires you to keep pressing play every day. When all of these things come together then others will be motivated and hopefully the cycle will continue.
Our goal is to make it easy for you to stay motivated and on top of your work outs. Why? We know they work and if you stick with it you will get results. If you have any ideas for us just let us know.
