How many servings do you get with Shakeology for $129.95?
There are 2 flavors of Shakeology and there are two different packages of Shakeology. When you order your Shakeology you will have the choice of either getting 24 individual packs which come in handy if you are on the go and need something quick and nutritious. The other way to get Shakeology is in a bag which contains 30 servings and a scooper so you can just take one scoop and you are all set. Both greenberry and chocolate have the option of the bag or the individual packets. Which one works best for you is up to you. Personally I have both and I use both.
Shakeology works out to about $4 bucks a serving and I challenge anybody to try and find any meal that has as much nutrition as Shakeology does and with only 140 calories. If you are trying to lose weight then you simply replace a meal with Shakeology and do the Shakeology work outs 3-4 times a week and you will be on your way to weight loss. If you want to get this kind of nutrition you would have to eat about 10 salads and you still wouldn’t get everything.

Is it really that much for 30 day supply? That’s crazy. It would be like buying the P90x program every month!! Any recommendations that they have we’re it’s cheaper for longer supply? Healthy but not as much stuff in it since that’s were the cost is going I’m sure haha?!
@Derek I know how you feel, I felt but the same way but after drinking Shakeology every day for 4 years here’s what I found. Shakeology it the healthiest thing I put in my body all day. Night cravings are gone. I’ve been sick 1 time in the last 4 years. Shakeology is well worth the price. Best thing you could do is try it for 29 days. If you don’t like it then just call for a refund. Then you will know for sure whether it’s for you or not.
