Is P90X the Best Work Out Program?

Is P90X the best work out?Is P90X the best work out program? Inquiring minds want to know. Let me start by saying this, the word “BEST” is relative. What you think is the best work I might hate and what I think is the best work out program you only might want to do once in a while. Personally, for me, the P90X exercise program is definitely the best  work out program. Now don’t get me wrong. I have also done Shaun T’s Insanity, Asylum, P90X2, some RevAbs, P90X One on One work outs and my favorite was P90X. Actually, having done multiple work outs has really allowed me to create a hybrid which is the best work out for me.  Now I mix P90X2, P90X, Asylum, Insanity and some running all together for my own little hybrid. Mixing it up will keep your work outs exciting. The key is to make your work outs a habit and do something that you will be able to continue for the rest of your life. Will I ever do any other work outs? Of course I will.  Beachbody keeps coming out with new work outs that keep getting more and more challenging and for me that is the name of the game. Keep myself challenged.  I’ll do a program for the full 90 days even if I am not crazy about it because I am sure there is something that I can learn from it and something I will be be able to incorporate into what I do every day. When I did Insanity I went through and did the entire 60 says and I enjoyed those work outs but extreme cardio is not something I want to do every day.  I need my weights so incorporated some Insanity work outs into my regiment and replaced a few P90X work outs with Insanity work outs. When Asylum was released, I went through and did the full 30 days of that program. Then I mixed in some of those Asylum work outs with my P90X regiment. I go back and forth but the key is I have options. I have made this a habit and I feel great every day because of it.

I guess the real question should be…. is P90X the best work out program for you? Of course I know you will get results but you might like a cardio based work out better and then Insanity might fit you better.  Maybe you are just getting started and you want something a little milder like Slim in 6. Maybe you are looking to really enhance your sports performance then I would have to lean towards P90X2. Looking for low impact then you might want Tai Cheng.  We have such a broad range of work outs that there is something for everyone and guess what?  If you want to do another one after you finish your first program then you have that option too. Make it a habit and keep it fresh.
