P90X Fitness Test

p90x fitness testP90X fitness test.  So I am guessing you are either getting ready to start P90X or are about to buy P90X and you are wondering about the P90X fitness test and if you meet the minimum requirement to start the P90X workouts.  Well, you have come to the right place.  You will find a ton of information on this site about P90X and hopefully you will get all of your questions answered.  One of the biggest misconceptions about P90X is that yo have to be in tip-top shape before you begin P90X, well I am here to tell you that is not true.  You should have a fitness base before you begin but P90X is designed to get you into great shape. The reason P90X works so well is you can modify all of the movements.  let me give you an example, pull-ups, they are tough and a lot of people can’t even do 1 pull-up. Does that mean that you can’t do P90X? Of course not. You just have to modify.  Basically you would do pull-ups with 1 foot on a chair, use the pull-up assist or use bands ti simulate pull-ups.  By the end of the program you will be surprised at how strong you get and how much you improve.

How to take the P90X Fitness Test

Step 1: Create your free Team Beachbody account

Step 2: Download the P90X Fitness test PDF

Step 3: Make sure you have about an hour to complete the P90X fitness test.

Step 4:  Follow the instructions on the P90X fitness test, write down your results and just do your best. (Be honest)

Step 5: Now that you know where you are starting from it is time to get organized.  You will want to learn how to take your before measurements when starting P90X and how to take you before pictures when starting P90X.
