You go from frog squats to jack-in-the-box-knee tucks and then on to no kip pull-ups and V pull-ups. I really enjoyed this work out as well since it seemed like every move was different then what I have been used to. Heck, I think I have enough work outs now to last me a lifetime. Will that stop me from buying another one and mixing it in? NOPE!! Love mixing it up.
