P90X2 P.A.P Lower- What to Expect with P90X2 P.A.P Lower
P90X2 P.A.P Lower. So you are wondering what you get with P90X2 P.A.P Lower? Guess what? So was I. I pretty much had no idea what to expect with P.A.P lower but let me say this. I got it pretty quick. You have to. Lunges, balance, glute isolation, speed, you tend to use it all here with this work out and it was a lot of fun as well. First set wasn’t too bad nor was the second set but you definitely start to wear down with the third and fourth set. P.A.P lower is a great workout and can definitely help with athletic performance. Now I am even more curious about P90X2 P.A.P Upper which I will do tomorrow. Oh yeah, one more thing, Side Bridge Leg Lift…. If you find this move pretty hard, do me a favor and leave a comment below so I know that I am not the only only one who thinks this is a super hard move.
From the P90X2 Workout Guide
“P.A.P. stands for Post-Activation Potentiation, but all you really need to know is that it’s the cutting-edge technique that translates into performance. Two four-round complexes of seemingly straightforward movements don’t look like much on paper, but these workouts have destroyed the fittest athletes on the planet. The same ones who swear by them just as soon as they finish swearing at them. Just wait til you see what they can do for you.”

I find the side bridge leg lift very hard yes
I just started PAP yesterday and the side bridge lift is very difficult for me. In fact, I came across this article because I wanted to find out if other people found this move difficult. I’m sure you’re good at by now though since this article is somewhat old.
@Michael Yes, the side bridge move is definitely hard but I did progress as time went on and I am sure you will too.
