What Does P90X Come with?
What does P90X come with? I think there is a lot of confusion out there surrounding the P90X work outs. I have been pretty amazed lately when I hear what some people think P90X is. Some people think it is one work out done every other day, others think it is a couple of DVD’s and some people even think that P90X is some sort of contraption or gadget that you get to exercise with. Let me clear the air for you. P90X consists of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping work outs. You do a different work out every day and then repeat the sequence the following week. You have a recovery week in week 5 and then you move on to some different resistance work outs. Recovery week in week 10 and then you mix it up again. If you are wondering what exactly the P90X work outs are or how long they are just go to how long are the P90X work outs.
The P90X exercise program also comes with a 3 phase comprehensive P90X nutrition plan so their will be no guess work when it comes to what you should eat and how much you should eat.
You also get a detailed fitness guide that will tell you when and what work out to do and on what day. You also get a calender to track you progress.
As an added bonus, you get me, to answer all your questions and help you out along the way. (When you place your order from this website.) You will also get two FREE P90X One on One work outs just for buying from this site. (A $40.00 value)
You also have another option. You can get the P90X Deluxe Package. This will include everything you see above but you will also get a chin up bar, a 30 day supply of the P90X Results and Recovery Formula, 3 heavy duty resistance bands and a pro-grade jump mat.
To get the regular package just visit P90X work outs.
To get the Deluxe package just visit the P90X Peak Results Package.
I hope this answers your question “What does P90X come with?‘ but if you still have further questions feel free to leave a comment or send me an email to get them answered.
I think your workout DVD’s are great. However, I am not a fan of your diet program. People working this hard should not be cutting their carbohydrates that much. The intensity of these workouts are going to call more on carbohydrate utilization for energy more than fat. Overall a great workout though. Love the plyo DVD.
I travel during the week and am wondering what equipment will I need if using P90X. I have exercise resistance bands and would like to know if this will be enough or will I need dumb bells or other equipment?
Thanks,
Scott
@Scott P90X can be done in a hotel room with just resistance if you so choose. Dumbbells are not required, you can use either or. I do recommend the door attachment so you can simulate pull ups. You can get it here http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/MDACCBANDUPK1?referringRepId=13165
Also, be sure to order your P90X at https://www.decidetostayfit.com/p90x so you get 2 FREE P90X One on One workouts included with your order.
Is the deluxe better then the original and what additional equipment do i need to buy ex.(dung bells jump rope) all that sort of things, and should i consider buying p90x2 after i complete p90x.
@Tony Deluxe will come with a pull up bar, 30 days of P90X Recovery Drink, 3 resistance bands and the whole P90X Program. If you just buy the basic p90X program you will need a pull up bar and some dumbbells or resistance bands.
