Absolutely.  You will definitely need to be mentally and physically prepared to tackle these insane workouts for the next 60 days.

Shaun T’s Insanity requires no additional weights or equipment. You need the workout DVD’s, a DVD player, TV and you will use you own body weight.

Over the next 8 weeks you and Shaun T will workout with 10 different DVD’s: Dig Deeper and Fit Test, Plyometric Cardio Circuit, Cardio Power and Resistance, Cardio Recovery, Pure Cardio and Abs, Cardio Abs, Core Cardio and Balance, Max Interval Circuit, Max Interval Plyo and Max Cardio Conditioning and Abs.

The secret to insane results with Insanity is Shaun T’s use of Max Interval Training.  Shaun took traditional interval training and flipped it upside down.  You will be performing long bursts of high intense exercises with only short periods of rest. Each workout will keep you challenged as you burn up to 1000 calories and hour.

Shaun T Insanity comes with a workout calendar organized into months 1 and 2 so you can set goals, track your progress and keep yourself motivated.
